1. Acceptance
By using aitprmhealth.com or the AITPRM Health service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. A signed customer agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms.
2. The service
AITPRM Health provides a structured question library, a vendor portal, scoring against a published rubric, findings, and exportable records to support a customer's evaluation of third-party AI vendors.
3. Decision support, not determination
Scores, findings, sample contract controls and other outputs are decision support. They inform your organization's judgment. They are not a determination or certification of compliance with any law, regulation or standard, and nothing in the service or on this website is legal advice. Your organization remains responsible for its decisions and its regulatory obligations.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another customer's data or circumvent security controls.
- Do not upload protected health information, unlawful content or malicious code.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the question library, rubric or software except as the customer agreement permits.
5. Intellectual property
ReMyll owns the service, the question library, the rubric and all related intellectual property. Customers own the answers, evidence, findings and decisions recorded about their vendors and may export them in full at any time.
6. Vendor portal
Vendors invited to the portal answer only the questions a customer has scoped to them. Vendor responses and evidence are provided to the inviting customer and are subject to the vendor's own confidentiality arrangements with that customer.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and service are provided as described in the customer agreement. To the extent permitted by law, ReMyll disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on service outputs.
8. Governing law and contact
