AITPRM Health is a review platform. It structures the questions a healthcare organization asks an artificial intelligence vendor, records the answers and evidence the vendor provides, and scores them against a published rubric. It is not a clinical system, does not receive patient records, and does not make or recommend decisions about patient care, coverage or payment.
2. Scores, findings and contract controls
Assessment scores describe conditions observed at one point in time against the evidence a vendor provided. A score is not a certification, endorsement, approval or clearance of any vendor or product. A finding describes a gap between what was claimed and what the evidence showed at that time; it is not a judgment on the vendor as a whole. Sample contract controls are drafting aids for your counsel and are not legal advice.
3. No determination of compliance
Use of AITPRM Health does not establish that your organization, or any vendor, complies with HIPAA, HITECH, 42 CFR Part 2, ONC, CMS or FDA requirements, any state law, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 or any other law, regulation, standard or framework. "Mapped" and "aligned" describe how the platform is structured against a framework. They are not certifications, and ReMyll does not claim certifications it does not hold.
