Accessibility

Our commitment to an inclusive, accessible digital experience. AITPRM Health is committed to ensuring that our website and public-facing digital materials are usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is a core part of our design, development and content publishing processes. We aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for all visitors, regardless of ability or technology.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026

1. Conformance target

We design, build and test the AITPRM Health website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the current industry standard for accessible digital experiences. Our accessibility practices include:

Contrast ratiosBody text meets a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background. Large headings meet 3:1 contrast.
Target sizesButtons and form controls meet or exceed a 44 × 44 pixel target size. Inline text links meet the WCAG 2.2 minimum of 24 × 24 pixels with adequate spacing.
Keyboard accessibilityAll functionality is reachable and operable using a keyboard, without requiring a mouse or pointer device.
Clear focus indicatorsFocus states are visible, consistent, and meet WCAG 2.2 requirements for minimum contrast and size.
Skip-to-content linkA skip link is provided to help keyboard and screen reader users bypass repetitive navigation.
Accessible structurePages use semantic HTML, ARIA labels where appropriate, and consistent heading hierarchies.
Live regions and labeled controlsDynamic content updates are announced to assistive technologies, and all form controls include accessible labels.
Pointer gesture alternativesWhere the console uses drag-and-drop or other complex pointer interactions, keyboard-operable alternatives are provided. The public website uses none.

Our goal is to ensure that all visitors can navigate, understand and interact with our website effectively.

2. Known limitations

While the AITPRM Health website is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, some content may not fully conform due to factors outside our direct control.

Vendor-uploaded documents

Some documents uploaded by vendors, such as scanned PDFs, images of text or legacy file formats, may not be accessible to screen readers or other assistive technologies. When a document cannot be read with assistive technology, we will provide the relevant content in an accessible format upon request.

Third-party integrations

Certain embedded third-party components may have accessibility constraints. We evaluate these integrations regularly and work with providers to improve accessibility where possible.

3. Feedback and accommodations

We welcome feedback from users who encounter accessibility barriers or require accommodations. If you experience an issue, please contact us through our website contact form. We aim to:

  • Acknowledge feedback within five business days, and
  • Prioritize confirmed issues for remediation in a future release, unless the issue requires coordination with a third-party provider.

If your request involves access to content in an alternative format, we will work with you to provide a suitable, accessible version as quickly as possible.

4. Continuous review and improvement

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed:

  • At least annually, and
  • After significant website updates or redesigns.

Our accessibility reviews include:

  • Evaluation against WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Testing with assistive technologies
  • Internal audits by product and compliance teams
  • Updates to reflect new standards, regulations or best practices

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. As standards evolve and technology changes, we will continue improving the accessibility of our website.

5. Contact

If you have questions about accessibility, need assistance or want to request an accommodation, please reach out through our contact form. We are committed to ensuring that all users can access the information and services provided on the AITPRM Health website.
