About AITPRM Health

We built the evaluation framework
we wished we had as practitioners.

AITPRM Health was created because healthcare leaders tasked with approving AI were given static security questionnaires, tight deadlines, and no standardized framework to defend their decisions.

01/The seat

For twenty years, the decision landed on our desk.

Our founder, Marla Jackson, spent more than two decades running privacy, compliance, security and third-party risk programs inside healthcare, technology, government, finance and retail organizations. Not advising on them from outside. Running them: selecting the platforms, defending the architecture to leadership, and answering to regulators when a matter turned serious.

That seat teaches a lesson no product demonstration can. When an examiner asks what you knew before you approved a tool, the only acceptable answer is a record. Not a recollection, not a slide, not an email chain. A dated record of what was asked, what came back, and why the decision was made.

From the founder

“Before founding ReMyll, I sat on your side of the table: selecting platforms, defending program architecture to leadership, and answering to regulators when a matter turned serious. I built ReMyll to deliver the institutional rigor enterprise programs require, alongside the operational clarity lean teams need.”

02/The gap

Then vendors started bringing AI, and the standard questionnaire stopped working.

Traditional questionnaires evaluate software that stores and moves static data. Generative AI, ambient scribes and predictive tools introduce new risk pathways: prompts, embeddings, model updates and autonomous actions that no storage question ever reached.

Regulators moved faster than the tooling. HHS OCR, ONC, CMS, FDA and a growing list of states set AI-specific expectations. Most organizations met them with extended spreadsheets and individual judgment rather than a shared, documented method. That produced answers, but not a record that could be compared across vendors or defended a year later when that person had moved on.

The 4 questions traditional questionnaires missed
01Does the vendor train models on our patient data?
02Who is the foundation model provider three hops down the supply chain?
03What happens to vector embeddings after a contract ends?
04Can our organization suspend automated features directly, without vendor intervention?
03/The decision

So we wrote the questions down, cited every source, and published the rubric.

ReMyll was founded in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to build governance systems for regulated organizations adopting artificial intelligence. AITPRM Health is its healthcare product: Artificial Intelligence Third-Party Risk Management, written for the compliance officer, the privacy lead, the CISO and the procurement director who have to sign their name to the decision.

Every question traces directly to the statute, rule, guidance, or framework it evaluates.

02Fully Published

The scoring rubric is transparent before purchase. An opaque score is not legally defensible.

03Zero PHI Architecture

The platform is designed not to receive or store protected health information.

04/What it is today

A method a team of two can run, and a committee of twelve can trust.

The library holds 256 questions across twelve weighted risk domains, scoped through thirteen deployment patterns with state overlays selected during scoping. Vendors answer only their scoped set in a portal. Answers and evidence are rated separately, gaps become tiered findings, and qualifying findings produce suggested clause templates for counsel review.
